The Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) shut down all essential functions on October 1. At this time, it is unknown how long the shutdown will last.
Contractors that received scheduling letters during the shutdown should consider whether to submit their AAP’s during the shutdown.
Contractors who choose to submit their AA plans should retain proof of delivery tracking information.
Contractors who choose to hold on to their plans should consider sending an email message to the compliance officer with a copy to the District Director advising them of their decision to hold the plans due to the shutdown.
Contractors in the middle of an audit should consider sending, where possible, post submission requests by email to the Compliance officer or by mail immediately after the end of the shutdown.
